SHOULDERS: Use the slider bar to determine the size of the shoulders. A small number will give
steep shoulders, with a large number giving very broad shoulders. Shoulders of 25 or 30 are
recommended.
7.
WIDENING: Use the adjuster to determine the width of the character as it is engraved. A low value
(1 or 2) will produce a narrow character. A high value (6 or 7) will produce wider, or bolder,
character. A value of 1 is recommended.
8.
RATE AUTOMATIC: “RATE” varies the laser cutting frequency for the vector portion of the job.
Generally on rubber sheets, put an “X” in the rate automatic box.
9.
AUTOFOCUS: Putting an “X” in the auto focus box enables the auto focus feature of the Legend if
you have the auto focus feature installed on your machine.
10.
MIRROR: This feature is not currently available, do not place an “X” in this box. Mirror your
design in CorelDRAW prior to setting the properties in the print dialog window.
