By re-installation or upgrade to a new version it is necessary to empty the device’s cache
memory.

Stop the app in the program manager

Uninstall the old app and re-start the mobile device

Now you can install the new app version
Otherwise the individual app settings will be still kept on the cloud server which may
interfere with the installation of the new app version and lead to faults.
