IMPORANT NOTICE
If the connection to the sauna control unit has been lost the web app
will show an error message.
Please notice that the already started sau-
na will continue to heat for the pre-set heating time
. Press “retry” to
re-establish the connection.
If the error appears check if your mobile device and/or the module have
a stable internet connection. Check the sauna control unit and module
connection. Also check your account status - make sure that your account hasn’t been deleted by
another user. By repeating problems try to reinstall the app and repeat the pairing or contact EOS
service.
How to pair the app to several control units
Start the web app and go to the settings. In the settings menu press on the “add a new sauna” icon
on the display
Carry out the pairing process as described above. In the same settings you menu you can always
see the list of authorized users paired to the given sauna control unit.
How to switch between paired cabins
Up to 8 control units can be paired via one app. You can
view and select the specific control unit through the set-
tings symbol. Go to settings and select the
“list of
paired cabins”. Currently selected cabin is shown in blue.
How to view the list of paired users
You can quickly view all authorized (paired) users via the
“user account” icon in settings. Go to the settings
and touch this icon twice to view the list. Own account is
shown in blue.
