SYSTEM FUNCTIONS
Shower And Eyewash Switches Activation Function:
• The emergency alarm of back to base signal is activated if shower or eye washer switch is
activated.
• The Act. Light(the local red alarm light) is on if shower or eye wash is activated.
• The sounder is on if shower or eye wash switch is activated.
Low Water Level Alarm Function:
• The maintenance alarm of back to base signal is activated if water level is lower than 1400L.
• The Amber Maint. Light is on if water level is lower than 1400L.
• The sounder is on if water level is lower than 1400L and when low water audio key switch is on.
Note: When water level is lower than 1400L, low water level switch of float station is opened.
Empty Water Alarm Function:
When Empty switch (opened) in float station identifies the tank is empty:
• The back to base maintenance alarm is activated.
• The Amber Maint. Light is activated.
• The local sounder alarm is activated when low water audio key switch is on.
• Chiller is disabled.
• Heater is disabled.
Heater And Chiller Redundancy Safe Guard
• The maintenance alarm of back to base signal and Amber Maint. Light is activated if water
temperature Tw <Tmin or Tw > Tmax.
• The sounder is activated if Tw <Tmin or Tw > Tmax.
• The heater is disabled if Tw > Tmax or the chiller is working.
• The chiller is disabled if Tw < Tmin.
Note: Tw is water temperature read from the temperature sensor Temp2. Tmin=16°C, Tmax=35°C.
(The standard recommends that the water temperature range for safety shower is 15.6°C ~ 37.8°C).
