TEST PROCEDURE AFTER WIRING
1. Once powered, check if the backlit sign and downlight are on.
2. Check if the emergency alarm can be active (switch open) when the shower / eyewash are
activated.
3. For initial set up only:
a. Check the low water alarm signal can be active (switch open) when the tank is empty.
b. Check there is no low water alarm signal (switch closed) when the tank is filled up with
water.
NOTE:
The default trigger point for the low level water alarm is 7.5 minutes before the tank runs
empty.
4. To check chiller function, access inside the pallet and locate the screen on the front of the
chiller unit. Check that there are no error codes displayed on the screen.
