SUBSYSTEM FUNCTIONS
Input signal: Chiller enable signal:
The subsystem is controlled by an ex24 VDC signal to enable the operation of the
chiller. 0 VDC signal is to disable the chiller. The +24VDC signal is controlled by system
controller.
Chilling Water:
The standard recommends that the water temperature range for safety shower is 15.6°C ~
37.8°C.
When water temperature is “> T on” the chiller pump and compressor is turned on. The chiller
chills water to temperature “T off”.
The default values are T off=24 ± 2°C, T on=33 ± 2°C which allows 2°C tolerance.
