In the

Away long
modes the alarm icon is displayed on the code lock. The alarm icon disap-
pears and the operating panel alarm sound ends when the alarm icon is pressed. Now you can open the
code lock. An yellow triangel flashes as a sign of unacknowledged alarms. Press the triangel to access the
alarm list. All unacknowledged alarms are displayed on the list. All alarms are acknowledged by pressing
the
Acknowledgement
button in the alarm list window. The alarm icon will continue to flash if the home
screen is opened without acknowledging the alarms.
Always investigate the cause of a humidity alarm
before acknowledging the alarm, because acknowledging the alarm will open the water supply valve. A
humidity alarm cannot be acknowledged by mobile phone.
If the alarm is not acknowledged within 15 minutes of the last alarm, a re-
minder message containing a list of unacknowledged alarms will be sent
to the users. Such a reminder message is sent only once. When the alarms
are acknowledged, opening the alarm loop triggers a new alarm. If the loop
is open when the alarms are acknowledged, a new alarm will be triggered
immediately.
If a sensor connected to the alarm inputs has a fault, the alarm loop can be deactivated. After this, the
alarm must be acknowledged once, after which no new alarms will be triggered.
eSmart Notifications
When the ECO603 power is turned on, the device sends the message “
Device has started
” to all confirmed
numbers in the user catalogue. In such a case, notification of a power failure is also received from systems
without battery backup. In systems with battery backup, the device sends notification that the power is
back on.
If an incorrect text message command is sent to the device, the device replies with
”Unknown com-
mand”
and a list of available commands.
To prevent unnecessary notifications, you are advised to set ser-
vice call barring for the ECO 603’s SIM card.

ECO691 Operating Panel Use
The ECO691 is an operating panel with a touch screen, which can be used wirelessly anywhere within
the coverage area. The coverage area of the system is from 5 to 50 meters, depending on the materials in
between and the location of the antenna. If possible, avoid installing the device far from the operating
site e.g. in a cellar. For long distances, it is possible to use repeaters to extend the coverage area. An info
window can be opened by tapping a green bar (when available) at the top of the operating panel display.
