DESCALING
Good maintenance and regular cleaning preserve and keep the appliance efficient for a longer
period, greatly reducing the risk of scale formation into the appliance. If despite this, after some
time, the appliance operation should be compromised, due to constant use of hard and very
hard water, it is possible to carry out a descaling operation of the appliance to eliminate the
malfunction. Follow the directions on the instruction sheet of the descaling product.
SETTING THE MACHINE OUT OF SERVICE
1 Unplug it from the socket-outlet.
2 Remove and empty the water tank. Clean and dry.
3 Remove and empty the drip tray. Clean and dry.
In case of scrapping it is necessary to provide for the separation of the various materials used in
the construction of the appliance. Dispose of materials according to their composition and the
applicable laws in the country of use.
