APPLIANCE CLEANING
Regular cleaning maintains the appliance efficient for a longer time.
Warning!
All cleaning operations described below must be carried out with the appliance switched
off and with the plug disconnected from the socket.
Warning!
Never wash the components of the appliance in the dishwasher. Do not use direct jets of
water.
Warning!
All cleaning operations must be performed when the hot parts have cooled.
Cleaning the filter containing ground coffee
Check that the coffee output hole is not clogged and if so, clean it with the pin supplied (Fig 20).
Warning!
During the cleaning handle the pin supplied with care: danger of injury.
Let boiling water flow from the filter holder with the filter inserted without the powder to
dissolve or remove any coffee residue or impurities. It is advisable to thoroughly clean the filter
(S) or (T) every 3 months. Use a simple dishwasher detergent tablet (without added rinse aid or
other chemical additives), in the following way:

(after at least five minutes of heating).
