4.1. Ground bearing pressure calculation

Skid tracks can be put

directly on the ground , if the bearing capacity of the ground is sufficient.

down in an angle of 45

, as shown below. So the higher the foundation, the

lower the ground bearing pressure.

The following sections describe how the bearing pressure can be calculated.
