The EQ-99-FC is equipped with interlocks to prevent operation of the device when any of the
following conditions are present:

1.

Bulb is not properly installed into the Lamp House enclosure

2.

The laser fiber is not properly connected to the Lamp House enclosure

3.

An external interlock is open
