If there are no operator-specific requirements for the proof test, the following alternatives are
available for testing the sensor subsystem

Other recommendations
It is advisable to perform a visual inspection on site.

As part of the visual inspection of the transmitter, ensure that all of the electronics
compartment cover seals and cable entries are providing adequate sealing.
