Troubleshooting
CAUTION
 If you notice anything unusual, stop the operation immediately. Take appropriate
measures after checking the items listed in the table below.

If the situation does not relate to any of the listed items in the table below, contact
your dealer.

Main failures and countermeasures
Failure Reason Measure
Suspended load
cannot be lifted up.
The air supply pressure is insufficient. Set the air supply pressure to a value that
can support the suspension capacity.
Check for air leakage in the piping.
Overloaded. Check the weight of the suspended load.
The anti-jump device is activated. Keep lowering the grip controller to reduce
the pressure inside the main equipment
and release the prevention device.
The anti-jump device is always activated. Replace the spring that holds the ratchet.
The ball screw and the thrust bearing will
not move. Clean the ball screw and the thrust
bearing, and lubricate or replace them.
The suspended
load descends.
There is an air leakage around the bolt in
the center of the end cap. Replace the O-ring between the ball screw
cover and the end cap.
There is an air leakage between the end
cap and the casing. Replace the O-ring of the end cap.
There is an air leakage between the
piston and the casing. Replace the worn piston. Clean
and apply lubricating oil to the inside of the
casing.
There is an air leakage inside the control
box of the main equipment or in the
piping section to the main equipment. Replace the parts causing the air leakage.
Retighten the parts causing the air
leakage.
The grip will not
move. The inside of the grip is filled with debris. Clean the inside of the grip.
An error code is
displayed. An abnormality has occurred with the
control of the Magical Balancer. Follow “7-2 Error Mode” to take measures.
The LCD board is
not displayed.
The power is not turned ON. Confirm that the power supply is
connected.
Confirm that the power switch is turned
ON.
The electric wiring including the curled
cord or the LCD board is broken. Parts replacement is required. Please
contact us or an authorized dealer.
