Locating Fireplace

Before setting fireplace into the framed opening, attach the framing

brackets to the fireplace and secure to framing. The framing brackets

may be installed on the fireplace in the flat state. Once the fireplace

is placed into the framed opening, the brackets can be hand bent

over the framing and secured. This allows the fireplace to be

inserted into the pre-framed opening. Different hole locations can

be used for finishing materials with thicknesses of 3/8", 1/2" and

3/4". Secure the brackets with screws provided using two (2) per

framing bracket.

Framing brackets should fit directly against framing material. Use

at least one (1) nail or screw per bracket to secure in place.

IMpORTANT!

Check squareness of all openings of the fireplace

prior to securing to the framed openings.
