Intended use
The products may only be used as described in the user
manuals and technical descriptions, which is for dental hygiene.
Any use of non-original parts or components is subject to the
recommendations or approval by Emmi Ultrasonic GmbH.
Any other use or which goes beyond that use is considered as
improper use. Emmi Ultrasonic GmbH accepts no liability for any
damages that may result from the non-intended use of the pro-
duct, and we assume no warranty for the error-free and correct
functioning of the components. Intended use also includes the
observation of all instructions in the user manual. The symbol
on the type plate indicates the need to consult the operating
instructions provided with the product. Trouble-free and safe
operation of the product can only be ensured if the measures
relating to proper transport, storage, assembly, installation and
careful operation and maintenance are strictly observed. The
tests according to BGV A3 must be performed according to the
prescribed intervals. During the installation of the unit, ensure
free access to the power socket on the charging dock.
Inappropriate use
Improper use of the product may result in hazard for life and
limb as well as material damage. For this reason any use of
the product other than according to its intended use is strictly
prohibited. Emmi Ultrasonic GmbH accepts no liability for
any damages that may result from improper use and assumes
no warranty for the error-free and correct functioning of the
components. For the proper operation of the unit, the following
instructions must be followed:
• emmi®-dent Metallic for your dental cleaning and oral
hygiene with the adequate voltage as described on the type
plate (at the bottom of the charging dock).
• Do not use flammable or aggressive chemical cleansing pro-
ducts or acid solutions, etc.
• If damages due to transport are detected, do not connect the
charging dock to the power supply.
• Only for indoor use at ambient temperature.
