It is often thought that Ultrasound would require water as a
transmission medium, but this is a false concept. Actually, the
correct transmission medium depends on ultrasound frequency
and ultrasound perfomance. It is a well-known concept in medi-
cal implementations. In this domain, creams and gels are used

Replacement ultrasonic attachments
Please note that, according to dentists, the ultrasonic attach-
ment is not intended for usage by more than one persondue to
hygienic reasons. . The same ultrasonic attachment should only
be used by one person at a time. The ultrasound attachments
should be changed after about three months, as the bristles
begin to soften from this time on, which worsens the ultrasound
transmission and thus the result of the tooth cleaning. When
changing the ultrasonic attachment, always make sure that the
bristles always point forwards towards the start button after the
attachment has been reattached. Always pull off the ultrasonic
attachment vertically upwards and put it back on vertically. This
prevents tilting and damage to the contact pins. Replacement
