Parameters are grouped as program parameters. Accessing to the program parameters is same 
for all functions. So, only accessing to the program parameters for COUNTER / “TOTALIZER 
COUNTER” is explained in this section. For details on parameters refer to PROGRAM 
PARAMETERS section.
