TEMPERATURE SETTING
The appliance is equipped with a thermostat whose sensor senses temperature from the bottom of the tank.
Turn the thermostat knob clockwise to select desired temperature and the appliance starts working. When
finishing or interrupting the work, turn the thermostat knob counterclockwise to the position “OFF”.

FOOD PRESERVATION
1.

Put jars with ingredients into the tank and arrange them properly.

2.

Fill the tank with certain amount of water between levels marked with “O” and “M”.

3.

Jars should be from 2/3 to 3/4 submerged in water; the highest jar should be submerged in 3/4 - see the
pictures below.
