The

Embedian

SMARC‐iMX8M

module supports two

USB 2.0

ports (

USB 0:1

)

and two

USB 3.0

ports (

USB 2:3

). The

USB 2.0

and

USB 3.0

i.MX8M

processor are independent. Per the

SMARC

specification, the module

supports a USB “

On‐The‐Go

” (

OTG

) port capable of functioning either as a

client or host device, on the

SMARC

USB0

port and

USB3

port.

The following figure shows the
