and speech unit
The switchboard transfers the conversation to the
speech unit by pressing

(pedestrian entrance) and the user of the indoor unit
(Mario Rossi) start direct conversation and the switch-
board operator quits the conversation.

Instead of contacting the requested indoor unit, the
switchboard operator contacts a different indoor unit,
by dialling the ID and then pressing
