6.2 Adjusting the chain motor belt

The chain motor belt is situated below the crucible chain behind the side cover. The
mechanical tension on the chain motor belt can be checked by applying pressure to the chain
motor belt.

Proceed as follows to change the tension on the chain motor belt:

Release the two screws (

Press the motor support forwards or backwards to change the tension on the
chain motor belt (

Hold the motor support in position and tighten the two screws (

Check the tension on the chain motor belt (
