LABOUR SAFETY REGULATIONS
The mains plug must be connected to the mains in a dry place!
• Connect the apparatus to mains equipped with shock-proof protection in accordance with the ef-
fective regulations.
• In case of abnormalities, maintenance or putting out of service, disconnect the unit from the mains
by pulling the plug out of the socket.
• All maintenance, assembly or repair works may only be performed on the apparatus, including the
mains connecting lead, if it is disconnected from the mains. These repairs may only be done by an
expert.
• DO NOT use the apparatus in a swimming or garden pool when persons or animals are staying in
the pool.
CIRCUMSTANCES EXCLUDING THE GUARANTEE
• Expiry of the guarantee period.
• Correction in the letter of warranty or the data table.
• Forced action, broken, cracked parts (e.g. because of freezing).
• Obstructions, heavy wearing as a result of pumping contaminated, sandy, thick water.
• The pump is used in a damp, humid place (e.g. improperly ventilated shaft).
• Incorrect connection to the mains, improper use.
• If the motor is flooded by water (e.g.: in the shaft)!
DISPOSAL OF SUPERSEDED ELECTRIC AND ELECTRONIC DEVICES AS WASTE
(To be used in the selective waste collection system of the European Union and other
countries)
This symbol on the device or the packaging indicates that the product shall not be managed as house-
hold waste. Please dispose of it at the collecting place assigned for the collection of electrical and
electronic devices. By proper management of superseded products you can help prevent the environ-
ment and human health from damage which would occur if you do not follow the proper way of waste
disposal. Recycling of materials helps in the preservation of the natural resources. For further infor-
mation on the recycling of the product, please contact the competent authorities, the local waste col-
lecting service provider or the shop where this product was bought.
Information concerning the packaging materials
The used packaging materials must be thrown into the relevant waste collector.
QUALITY CERTIFICATE: In accordance with the inspection of TÜV Rheinland,
ELPUMPS KFT., 4900 Fehérgyarmat, Vasvári P. Street, 65., Hungary
certifies the CE conformity of the product (that is the product meets the relevant European directives)
and that the water pump of type JPV……. and series number……….is in compliance with the technical
data included in the data table and the “Customer information”.
As regards the manufacturing of the apparatus and the “Instructions for use”, ELPUMPS KFT. reserves
the right of change. ELPUMPS KFT. ensures repair of the apparatus throughout the whole territory of
the country via the service repair shops indicated in the list attached to the letter of warranty.
