7. CONFIGURING THE BARRIER
WHEN LEAVING THE FACTORY, ALL THE DIP SWITCHES ARE IN THE OFF POSITION.

In the
ON
position, alignment of the barriers can be carried out.

AND
In the ON position, an alarm event will occur if at least two beams are obstructed. In
the
OFF
position, an alarm will occur when a single beam is obstructed.

FAST
In the
ON
position, the barrier response time is reduced, generating more rapid
alarms, for example, when someone runs through the beam. The sensitivity of the
barrier is therefore increased. In the
OFF
position, alarms are generated in a less
rapid mode, for example when someone walks across the barrier.
Note: Enabling the FAST option considerably increases the detection
sensitivity of the barrier
