A barrier alignment test can be made at this point. At optimal alignment, the BLUE test LED and the buzzer
emit a continuous signal.
To exit the test phase, switch the TEST DIP1 to OFF on the RX barrier; the red LED will flash and the WALK
TEST function with be activated. In the event that a beam is interrupted (or two beams if the AND option is
selected), the barrier will emit a continuous sound for 30 seconds. The blue LED will flash as the tampers
are open on the motherboards of the RX and TX barriers. At this stage, the conrol unit will show a tamper-
open signal.
Interrupt each beam to check that all the optics and the acoustic signal are working properly.
At the end of this stage, the BLUE test LED will light up and the red LED will flash until TEST DIP 1 on the
TX barrier motherboard is switched to OFF.
Switch TEST DIP1 to OFF.
Note:
the wire terminal board on the TX barrier is not to be used
REASSEMBLING THE BARRIER
Reinsert the plastic profile,
taking particular care to keep the tamper switch on the barrier motherboard circuit
pressed to avoid damaging it
.
Ensure that the square gasket shown in the figure below is in place:
Insert the standard cap into the aluminium profile until they meet. If it is deemed necessary to secure the
standard cap to the aluminum profile, use the screw supplied. To do this, remove the transmitter holder and
slide the plastic profile a few centimeters in the direction of the transmitter holder.
Do the same with the TX barrier.
