The lower platform could not be lowered when it is
no-loaded and level
The lowering valve has trouble
1) Inspect whether the on-off input plug is inserted properly or firmly.
2) Inspect whether the wiring of plug switch is abnormal.
3) Inspect whether the connection of the lead of lifting valve is wrong, and whether the
lowering valve is abnormal.
The upper platform could not be lowered when there
is no alarm.
The platform is limited to 1.2m
Reset the handle and carry out lowering operation again.
The lower platform could not be lifted when it is
no-load, at lowest position and is level.
Height calibration is wrong/lifting valve
has trouble
1)
Inspect whether the on-off input plug is inserted properly or firmly.
2)
Inspect whether the wiring of the plug switch is abnormal.
3)
Re-calibrate the height.
4)
Inspect whether the connection of the lead of lifting valve is wrong, and whether the
lifting valve is abnormal.
The platform could not be lifted to the maximum
position when it is no-load indoor.
The height has not been calibrated/ the
travel switch is incorrect
1)
Re-calibrate the height.
2)
Change the setting calibrate of travel switch.
The platform could not rise up further after reaching
certain position
The travel switch setting is incorrect
Reset the travel switch.
Overweight warning when it is no-load
The load has not been calibrated/ this is the
first lifting/lowering
1)
Re-calibrate the load coefficient.
2)
Lift and descend it for several times compulsively
The forward function fails without the warning
The forward function is abnormal
1)
Check whether the PWM plug of the controller on the lower platform is inserted
correctly and solidly.
2)
Check whether the connection of the forward valve is correct or normal.
3)
Inspect whether the lower platform controller is abnormal.
The backward function fails without the warning
The backward function is abnormal
1)
Check whether the PWM plug of the controller on the lower platform is inserted
correctly and solidly.
2)
Check whether the connection of the forward valve is correct or normal.
3)
Inspect whether the lower platform controller is abnormal.
