Screw the option switch for platform lifting
while regulating the inner hexagon in the
clockwise direction till the platform is lifted to
the highest position.
6.
Put away the platform completely.
7.
Add the weight 1.2 times of the rated load on the
platform and place it properly.
8.
Try to lift the platform.
9.
Correct result: The platform cannot be lifted.
10.
Wrong result: If the platform is still lifting,
please regulate the inner hexagon in the
anticlockwise direction till the platform cannot
be lifted.
11.
Install the nuts properly.
12.
Remove the weight from the platform.
13.
Lift the platform to the highest position. If there
is an air suction of the pump or if the platform
cannot be lifted to the highest position, please
add the hydraulic oil till the pump can work
normally. Don’t make the oil overflow from the
oil tank.
Risk of component damage.
Don’t run the machine if
there is an air suction of the
pump.
How to regulate the emergency descent lever
How to regulate the descending speed manually?
1.
Lift the platform for 2.1-2.8m.
2.
Erect the safety rod,
3.
Descend the platform and support the scissors
fork arm with the safety rod.
Risk of crushing: The two
hands should be kept away
from the scissors fork arm
while descending the platform.
4.
Pull the emergency descent lever till it cannot be
moved.
5.
Measure the distance between the end of the
lever and the mounting nuts.
Correct result: The measuring distance should not
exceed 3mm.
If the result is correct, please jump to Step 8.
6.
Regulate the mounting nuts.
7.
Lift the platform and lay down the safety rod.
8.
Pull the release lever for 2-3 times and ensure
that it can operate properly.
How to regulate the steering overflow valve
Ensure that the hydraulic
oil level is on the full oil
level mark of oil tank.
1.
Find the position of the steering overflow valve
on the function valve.
2.
Connect the pressure gauge (M).
