Base Frame Components 

3-1 How to dismantle the brake 

 

 

 

The brake not only plays the role of braking but also 
plays the role of fixing during the installation of rear 
wheel.  Therefore,  before  removing  the  brake,  the 
equipment  should  be  fixed  on  a  proper  shelf  or  the 
wheeljack  with sufficient bearing  capacity should be 
placed under the chassis platform. 

 

Attention:  Please  abide  by 
the 

specified 

torsion 

strictly while installing the 

hose and the hose nippler that have been dismantled. 
The split pin that has been dismantled should not be 
reused and must be replaced with a new one. 

 

1.

 

Remove the split pin of the rear wheel. This split 
pin should not be reused. 

2.

 

Remove the slotted nuts that are used to fix the 
wheel.  Remove  the  rear  wheel  installed  on  the 
brake shaft. 

3.

 

Label, disconnect and plug the hose on the brake. 
Plug the hose nippler on the brake. 

4.

 

Put the hose aside. 

5.

 

Loosen  the  nuts  connecting  the  brake  and  the 
chassis. 

6.

 

Remove the nuts. 

7.

 

Remove the fastening bolts from the brake. 

8.

 

Remove the brake. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

3-2 How to dismantle the driving motor 

 

 

 

The driving motor not only plays the role of braking 
but also plays the role of fixing during the installation 
of front wheel. Therefore, before removing the driving 
motor,  the  equipment  should  be  fixed  on  a  proper 
shelf or the wheeljack with sufficient bearing capacity 
should be placed under the chassis platform. 

 

Attention: Please abide by 
the 

specified 

torsion 

strictly while installing the 

hose and the hose nippler that have been dismantled. 
The split pin that has been dismantled should not be 
reused and must be replaced with a new one. 

 

1.

 

Remove  the  split  pin  of  the  front  wheel.  This 
split pin should not be reused. 

2.

 

Remove the slotted nuts that are used to fix the 
wheel. Remove the front  wheel  installed  on the 
shaft of driving motor. 

3.

 

Label,  disconnect  and  plug  the  hose  on  the 
driving  motor.  Plug  the  hose  nippler  on  the 
driving motor. 

4.

 

Put the hose aside. 

5.

 

Loosen  the  nuts  connecting  the  driving  motor 
and the chassis. 

6.

 

Remove the nuts. 

7.

 

Remove  the  fastening  bolts  from  the  driving 

motor. 

8.

 

Remove the driving motor.
