The power indicator lamp is not lit up
The equipment has not been powered on
1) he key is in the middle position.
2) The upper platform or the lower platform emergency stop button is pushed down.
3) The upper platform controller is unusual or not powered off after downloading of a
program.
4) The lower platform controller is unusual or not powered off after downloading of a
program.
The power indicator lamp is not lit up
CAN equipment is off-line
1) Inspect whether the leads of power supply and communication are inserted properly
and reliably.
2) Inspect whether all pins of Deutsch plugs for upper and lower platform connecting
cables are wired accordign to the drawing.
3) Inspect whether the upper platform plug or the plug of connecting cable between
upper and lower platforms is in good contact.
4) Inspect whether the upper platform controller is abnormal.
5) Inspect whether the Deltatech plug of lower platform controller is firm or correct
Operation of lower platform is invalid
The key switch has not been turned to the
operation of lower platform
1) The key switch is not placed on the position of base frame control.
2) The system has not been powered off after the program is downloaded to the lower
platform controller.
Operation of upper platform is invalid
The key switch has not been turned to the
operation of upper platform
1) The key switch is not placed on the position of base frame control.
2) The system has not been powered off after the program is downloaded to the upper
platform controller.
3) Inspect whether the upper platform controller is abnormal.
Level status tilting is always alarming
The level switch has not been connected or
has trouble
1) Inspect whether the level switch is inserted properly or firmly.
2) Inspect whether the level switch is abnormal.
