How to Adjust System Overflow Valve
Ensure that the hydraulic
oil level is on the full oil
level mark of oil tank.
1.
Find out the position where the system overflow
valve locates on the function valve.
2.
Connect the 0
～
35MPa pressure gauge to the
main overflow valve pressure measurement point
(M).
1……Main overflow valve
2……Pressure port
3.
Press against the two front wheels (road wheels)
at the end of the steering shaft.
4.
Remove the platform controller from the
platform and operate it on ground.
In this step, the platform
controller
should
be
operated on ground rather
than on the platform.
5.
Turn the key switch to the platform controller,
and back out the emergency switch buttons on
the ground and platform controller.

Hold the lever and drive the control lever towards the
front end or the rear end. Keep the lever at the
position of maximum walking speed. Observe the
reading on the pressure gauge and record the reading.

6.
Shut down the machine, fix the main overflow
valve with a wrench and screw off the nuts.
7.
Regulate the inner hexagon, screwing it in the
clockwise direction to increase the pressure and
in the anticlockwise direction to reduce the
pressure.
Tip-over risk: Improper
pressure adjustment would
cause the machine to be
damaged and lead to death or serious injury. Do not
adjust the pressure value to be higher than the
specified value.
8.
Install the nuts properly.
9.
Repeat steps 5-7 to determine the pressure
values.
How to regulate the overflow valve for platform
lifting
Ensure that the hydraulic
oil level is on the full oil
level mark of oil tank.
1.
The system overflow valve should be regulated
to the specified overflow pressure. (Generally,
it’s not necessary to regulate the pressure if the
pressure has been regulated before installing the
valve block.)
2.
Place the maximum rated load on the platform
and ensure it is placed properly (with the details
as shown in Part II: product performance
parameters table).
3.
Turn the key switch to the position of ground
control. Screw out the emergency stop switch on
the ground controller and platform controller.
4.
Lock the lifting overflow valve with a wrench
and remove the nuts.
