Cash register description
Basic parameters
The POS-3000 ECR belongs among
the most modern ECRs of the new
generation; it is light and compact. It
is designed for larger establishments
with high sale cadence. Despite its
smaller dimensions, the technical fea-
tures of POS-3000 are quite formi-
dable. It has got capabilities to con-
nect to a PC, a barcode reader, and
scales. The ECR is capable to com-
municate with a PC using the serial
port, modem, or it can use LAN (Lo-
cal Area Network) communications.
Furthermore, it is possible to connect
cash drawers, cashier monitor, exter-
nal customer display, PC keyboard, and also several types of POS keyboards. Its case is large
enough to fit in a paper tape reel of up to 2.4” (60 mm) in diameter.
The POS-3000 is powered from mains using the state-of-the-art power adapter. Power adapter
is a part of ECR distribution package.
Optional accessories include external customer display, cash drawer, memory expansion, Eth-
ernet communication adapter, automatic paper tape cutter, and other devices according to
customer’s special needs.
POS-3000 offers several manageri-
al functions and reports. It also in-
cludes full support for various na-
tional languages and their alphabets.
Programming and report modes are
also programmed in the elected na-
tional language. The most prominent
feature of this ECR is the touch sensitive display that allows performing previously compli-
cated tasks with ease.

Cash drawer
The POS-3000 cash register allows connecting most of cash drawer
types that are equipped with the solenoid opening mechanism. The
ECR is fitted with Modular jack connector for automatic opening of
