POS programming

– This group contains PLU codes of articles that will be
connected to the current PLU.
Note: After pressing the button and checking the
Print stock checkbox it is possible to print out the stock va-
lues for programmed PLUs. The stock is printed out in both the
number of sale units and financial value. The total values are also
calculated.
After pressing the button near the Stock element, the Add
to stock dialogue window appears. You can add to stock without
having to edit the PLU record itself.
Flag descriptions:
• Add stock – How many will be added to stock.
• Price – The price of newly acquired stock.
• Recount – New PLU price recount algorithm (arithmetic/
weighed mean, former price, new price).
• New price – New price after recalculation.
Shelf edge labels
A shelf edge label for the PLU can be printed that contains the bar code, product description
and price. This is printed on the receipt printer and is activated by pressing the small printer
and bar code image
on the top right of the PLU item screen.
Departments programming
Items can be allocated to departments e.g. dairy, beer etc. The maximum number of program-
med departments is 200.

Flag descriptions:
• Department – The department name. If edited, the new edited name
will also appear in the PLU items dialogue, within the
