Rounding place – This column specifies to how many decimal places the
item should be rounded.
Rounding type – This column specifies the rounding algorithm:
rounding up, down or rounding from five up.
Disc/add – Row specifies the type and place for rounding and
number of decimal places for discounts/surcharges.
Price – Row specifies the type and place for rounding and
number of decimal places for item prices.
Tax – Row specifies the type and place for rounding and
number of decimal places for taxes.
Amount – Row specifies the type and place for rounding and
number of decimal places for article amounts.
Subtotal - Row specifies the type and place for rounding and
number of decimal places for subtotal value.
• Decimal places while programming
– This group specifies the number of decimal places
in other groups of Programming mode groups’
dialogues.
Price – Specifies the number of decimal places when
programming article prices.
Tax – Specifies the number of decimal places for taxes.
Rate – Specifies the number of decimal places when
programming exchange rates.
Disc/add – Specifies the number of decimal places when
programming discounts/surcharges.
Further rows in this flag group cover the texts printed onto receipts. If the bold print is desi-
red, it is necessary to place paragraph character ‘§’ before the character that is to be printed in
bold (e.g. if the first letter in the word Total should be bold, then type §Total into the appro-
priate row; if the whole word Total should be in bold, type §T§o§t§a§l).
• Ref. No – Sets the text printed before reference number that can
serve as invoice number etc.
• Customer – Sets the function text for customer number.
• Cash – Sets the function text for cash payments.
• Void – Sets the function text for voidance of items or
subtotal.
• Check – Sets the function text for cheque payments.
• Refund – Sets the function text for refunds.
• Credit – Sets the function text for credit card payments.
• Subtotal – Sets the function text for subtotals.
• Change – Sets the function text for returned change.
