Sales data for PC
The report contains all receipts stored in electronic form for
transfer to PC. This data is stored in cash register only when
is set 3. electronic journal flag for data saving.
Attention: Before electronic journal printing check there
is sufficient paper ribbon in the cash register. Insert the
ribbon into the slit of take-up spool and wind the take-
up spool several times in the direction of the rotation
.
Now you can start report printing.
Every receipt (purchase) consists of a receipt header, data
about sold goods and financial data.
A
Header consists of three lines. The meaning of particular
lines:
1. header line
the first value: sale type 0 - normal
1 - stock release
the second value: date of sale (stock release)
the third value: time of sale (stock release)
2. header line
cashier name
3. header line
the first value: receipt number
the second value:
# document number
the third value: ECR cash register number
the fourth value: $ number of sold items
Data about sold goods is divided into particular lines. The
meaning of data in the single line:
1. value:
Pxx - sale (stock release) items with number xx
rPxx - item refund with number xx
Dx - sale through department
rDx - refund through department
2. value: sold (stock released) quantity
3. value: goods unit price
4. value:
= total sale amount of goods
Financial data is defined with signs before concrete finan-
cial datum. Their meaning:
% + : total percentual add-on in purchase
% - : total percentual discount in purchase
V : total amount of voids in purchase
I : taxable amount; tax (tax level No.1)
II : taxable amount; tax (tax level No.2)
III : taxable amount; tax (tax level No.3)
0 : taxable amount; tax (zero tax level)
T : total amount of purchase
Only non zero data is printed.
