Certain transactions require that a reference number be printed on the receipt. If a reference number is
required, use the

4.12 Received on account entries
The
O
button (RA) is used to record non-business payments (received on accounts). As an example, daily
initial cash can be entered into the cash register drawer. The register enables printing of a document with a
cash insertion transaction. The RA transactions are reported in the cash register financial report. According
to your needs the document can also contain the name of person and reason for RA. The name and reason
for the RA can contain up to 17 characters. There is a space for a signature on the document.
