Euro-2000T User manual

Machine state symbols on the display :

DPT

- lights up when department entry is made (registration, programming, reports, ...)

PLU

- lights up when PLU entry is made (registration, programming, reports, ...)

- lights up when RA operation is made (Received on Account)

- lights up when PO operation is made (Paid Out)

- lights up when VOID operation is made

- lights up when REFUND operation is made

SBTL

- lights up when SUBTOTAL operation is made

- lights up when transaction is finalized and denotes the sum or total to be collected

from customer

- denotes amount of change to be returned to the customer

LowBat

- low battery voltage warning (a discharged battery)

- lights up when the receipt printing is switched off

Bat

- lights up when Euro-2000T working without external adaptor

The display can be divided into a descriptive and a numeric part. The descriptive part informs about the

actually performed function, whether the PLU number or the department number (DPT) is displayed (leftmost

4 positions). The numeric part of the display shows especially numeric values-price, totals (8 rightmost posi-

tions).

3.1. Display description.

The display of the Euro-2000T cash register is the LCD type and contains 8 large and 4 smaller numeric

segments. Furthermore it contains descriptive texts-icons of PLU, DPT and LowBat. The cash register is

equipped with two identical displays, one for the cashier/operator another one for customer.
