The meaning and function of the Overview and Print  menus of the main menu are very similar. Both of

them offer the possibility to display or to print the edited files and the sales results read from the ECR. The

basic difference represents the output device - the monitor of your computer or the printer. The type of

information is clear from the option name in the open menu bar.
Using the output of the PLU price-list and the PLU sales report on the printer, you can sort the output file

according to several criteria. In order to save both time and paper you can list just part selected by the

entered range of the sorting criterion.
Note:

By repeatedly creating new files whether by sending them into the register or by reading the

information about the sale from the register, the program directory can become confusing. It

is recommended that you delete all out of date files from this directory.
