currency programming
The ECR Euro-2000M Alpha allows you to use
Euro
currency. According to the stage of Euro currency
implementation it is possible to account in a national currency too (stage No. 1. and 2.) or in a foreign cur-
rency (stage No. 3).
The accounting with
Euro
currency is divided to four stages:
3.11.1. Stage without
Euro
currency.
The ECR works without
Euro

currency.
The basic currency is a national one, the supplementary one is

The customer can pay either in a national currency or in

Currency name: the abbreviation of national currency, up to 3 characters

1st digit - the number of decimal places to which the amount of EUR is displayed
2nd digit - the number of decimal places to which the amount of EUR is rounded
Afterwards the information on conversion into the first stage of
Euro
currency is displayed. The same infor-
mation is also printed out.
During the first stage the actual EUR rate can be set in the programming mode by the following procedure:

The return to the stage without

currency is not possible without ECR master reset. It is necessary
to call your service technician.
