7.3. Preparations for service
For executing service activities, the manufacturer recommends to use the following preparations
that may be ordered separately:
•
Cylinder fitting Part No.023000239
•
Tools for stripping the bearing Part No.191000001
•
Pressure gauge set Part No.191000007
•
Hose with valve Part No.191000008
•
Flow meter set Part No.191000009
7.4. Check of safety valve
The safety valve is adjusted to 8 bars by the
manufacturer, tested and marked. It must not be
readjusted.
•
Turn the screw of the safety valve several rotations to left until
safety valve puffs.
•
Let safety valve freely puff only for a short period of time .
•
Turn screw to the right until the limit is reached, the valve must be
now be closed.
The safety valve must not be used for depressurizing
the pressure tank. It could endanger the function of the
safety valve.
7.5. Replacement of filters of air pump
Caution – hot surface! About disassembly the internal
back cover can be hot the internal surface.
Disassembly the internal back cover. These filters are in the top
cover of crank case (19).
•
Using screwdriver, remove the flexible guard.
•
Remove the used and contaminated filters (A), (B).
•
Insert a new set of input filters (B).
•
Place prefilter (A) into the flexible guard (by plain side into the
crank case) and then to the opening.
7.6. Replacement of filter in blow filter
•
Loosen lock on filter by pulling it down.
•
Slightly turn the cover o filter and pull it out.
•
Unscrew the holder of filter.
•
Replace filter (C), screw the holder of filter.
•
Place the cover of filter and secure it by turning to right till locking.
