1. No picture
• Powerindicatordoesnotlight.
• Checkwhetherthepowercordandtheadapterpower
cableareconnectedproperly.
• TurntheACadaptermainpowerswitchon.
• Touch .
• TurnofftheACadaptermainpower,andthenturniton
againafewminuteslater.
• Powerindicatorislightinggreen.
• Increase“Brightness”,“Contrast”,and/or“Gain”in
theAdjustmentmenu(see
).
• Powerindicatorislightingorange.
• Switchtheinputsignal(see
).
• Operatethemouseorkeyboard.
• CheckwhetherthePCisturnedon.
• WhenPresenceSensorissetto“On”,themonitormay
haveshiftedtopowersavingmode.Comeneartothe
monitor.
• Powerindicatorflashesorangeandgreen.
• ThereisaprobleminthedevicethatusesDisplayPort
connection.Solvetheproblem,turnoffthemonitor,and
thenturnitonagain.Refertotheuser’smanualofthe
devicethatusesDisplayPortconnectionfordetails.
