Other
faults
that may cause
motor
overheating
(1) The abnormal joints of
the robot lead to the overload
of the motor and overheating;
(2) Motor fault
(1) Check the status of the robot joint
corresponding to the heating motor,
including external interference, and
the damage of internal parts. If there
is any abnormality, contact the
after-sales service department of the
company to repair and replace it;
(2) Replace the motor. If the
overheating is eliminated, it indicates
the original motor is faulty.

(1) Due to wear or circuit
failure, the motor holding
brake fails;

the lubricating oil enters into

the motor;

lubricating oil enters into the motor
and causes the brake failure, it is
necessary to find out the cause of the
seal failure and replace the motor
after solving the seal problem.
