The
robot
vibrates
under
the influence of
other equipment

robot and peripheral equipment;
(2) Check the ground connection of
the robot to ensure that the grounding
is effective.
Abnormal noise
of robot in the
following
two
cases:
(1)
Restart
operation
after
long-term
shutdown;
(2)
After
changing
the
grease, start the
operation.
In these two cases, there will
be a running-in stage at the
initial stage of the robot
(1) First, run-in at low speed and
gradually return to normal speed
according to the noise improvement;
(2) If the noise is not improved after
running-in at low speed for 1-2 days,
the internal parts may be damaged.
