The base and
mounting base
are not fixed
firmly
(1) The flatness of the base
and the mounting base is not
enough, or foreign matters
may lead to the failure of
tight fit during installation;
(2) When connecting the
base and the mounting base,
the screws are not tightened,
or the screws are loose after a
long time of operation.
(1) Check and trim the flatness of the
base and mounting base to make the
tolerance meet the installation
requirements;
(2) If there is any foreign matter
between the base and the mounting
base, please clean it and then
re-install it firmly;
(3) When tightening the screws, use a
torque wrench to tighten with the
required torque.
The installation
base
and
foundation
are
not fixed firmly
(1) The ground installation
conditions do not meet the
requirements, resulting in the
lack of foundation rigidity;
(2) The specification and
strength of chemical bolts do
not meet the requirements.
Refer to the content of "3.2.3 ground
installation" in this manual to make
the concrete foundation and chemical
bolt group meet the installation
requirements.
The
robot
vibrates
obviously in a
certain posture
or state
(1) When the load exceeds
the allowable value, the
stiffness is insufficient and
vibration occurs;
(2)
Improper
operation
procedure and parameter
setting lead to vibration.
(1) Reduce the load to ensure that it
is within the allowable range;
(2) Modify the program and adjust
the parameters from low speed to
high speed until the action state of
the robot returns to normal.
The
vibration
and
abnormal
sound of robot in
the
following
three situations:
(1)
After
collision;
These three conditions will
lead to the damage of internal
parts (gear, bearing, reducer,
etc.), resulting in vibration
and abnormal sound.
(1) Check each axis of the single
acting robot, and consult the
company's
after-sales
service
department for replacement after
confirming the damaged joint;
