Load program
Load the setting program. The
signal names of program 1 to
program 4 form the program
with the number set as the name
in sequence.

The states of the signals from
program 4 to 1 form a four bit
binary number in sequence.
Program 4 is in the highest order
and program 1 is in the lowest
order. For example, if the status
of program 4 to 1 is 0, 1, 0, 1,
then the binary number is 0101,
and the corresponding decimal
number is 9, so the file name of
the loading program is 9;
