Troubleshooting Procedures
Where problems occur
The Fiery X3e as a built-in print server for the copier is generally part of a configuration
like the one shown in Figure 4-1. Problems may occur in one of the following areas:
• The interface between the Fiery X3e board and the copier
• The interface between the Fiery X3e and computers on the same network
• The board or copier itself

This chapter does not attempt to provide troubleshooting information for attached
computers such as Windows or Mac OS computers, for copiers, or for extensive
networks. You should refer problems in these areas to the appropriate service departments
and network administrators.
