Replacing the tubing inside the pump body

-

Remove the power supply

-

Open the quick release of the peristaltic pump to access the
tubing.

-

Remove rubber band on the water detection sensor

-

Remove the tubing from the pump housing and water detection
sensor, you can turn the pump rollers to make removing the tube
easier.

-

Clean the housing of the pump with a cloth, you can remove the
pump rollers by loosening the hex crews on the rollers frame
inside the pump for good access.

-

Cut new tubing in the same length as the original tube.

-

Place the replacement tubing inside, you can turn the pump
rollers to make placing the tube easier.

-

Place the tubing inside the sensor tube.

-

Close the pump body with the quick release.

-

Restore the tubing connections.

-

Take a sample and check if everything functions.
