Wear cut-resistant safety gloves!
Incline the handle (5) until the knife (6) falls
out,
see Fig. 7.3

Mounting the blade

Wear cut-resistant safety gloves!
Pry the knife fixture (1) open with slight pressure and
hold it,
see Fig.
7.2.
Hold the tool change key (2) in position,
see Fig. 7.2
.
Insert the knife (1) in the knife fixture (2),
see Fig.
7.4
.
Remove tool change key (2),
see Fig. 7.2
.
7.1.3
Adjusting the blade play
Compress the knife fixture (1) slightly with one
hand and hold it,
see Fig.
7.5.
Screw the screw (2) slightly in with the other
hand until the knife fixture remains in this
position.
Insert the screwdriver into the gap (3)
between the housing and knife fixture (1) and
slightly open the knife fixture with the screw
(2) until the blade (4) can be moved freely
over the entire angle of rotation,
see Fig. 7.6.
Warning!
The blade will be blocked in the case of
insufficient play!
Increased torque on the handle!
The handle will lash out!
Ensure a firm grip!
Attention!
Increased friction due to improper
assembly.
Result: frictional heat!
Tighten the screw (2),
see Fig. 7.6.
Check the adjustment once again and
readjust the play, if necessary.
Warning!
Risk of injury when the screw driver
slips off!
Work carefully!
