Direct monitor volume (direct monitor section)

This adjusts the monitor volume.
As you turn this toward the left (toward 
OUTPUT MONITOR), the level of the 
sound being received via the input jacks 
will decrease. As you turn this toward 
the right (toward INPUT MONITOR), 
the level of the sound being output 
from your computer will decrease. 
When this knob is in the center position, 
the level of the sound being output 
from your computer and the level of the 
sound being input via the input jacks 
will both be at 100%.

This adjusts the volume that is output from the 

 

headphone jack (16)

 

 and the 

 

monitor output jacks (27)

This also switches the power between on (ON) and standby (STANDBY) modes.

The sound received at the input jacks and the sound being output by your computer

USB indicator

 

This will light when you connect the UA-101 to your computer via a USB cable.

 

* If the USB indicator is blinking, the UA-101 has not been recognized correctly.

 

Lit red

 

The UA-101 is correctly recognized by your computer in Hi-Speed 
USB mode (p. 14)

 

Lit green

 

The UA-101 is correctly recognized by your computer in Full-
Speed USB mode (p. 14)
