POSSIBLE TROUBLESHOOTING
• Attention, all repairs must only be carried out by the Technical Support Centre authorised
by EDILKAMIN (TSC)
• Only original spare parts must be used.
• The manufacturer cannot be held in any way liable and the warranty expires if all the op-
erations described below are not complied with and carried out correctly.
POSSIBLE CAUSES OF MALFUCTIONS, INDICATIONS AND SOLUTIONS
MALFUNCTION PROBLEM ACTIONS
The display does not
light up.
1. No electrical energy
2. Fuse fault
3. No fuel. 1. Check power socket (User).
2. Replace the fuse on the electronic
board (TSC).
3. Load tank (User)
The fuel is not loaded
in the combustion
chamber.
1. The tank is empty.
2. The auger is blocked.
3. Gearmotor faulty.
4. Faulty electronic board.
5. Electric fan faulty.
6. Chimney obstructed.
7. Excess water temperature. 1. Load tank (User).
2. Unblock the auger (TSC).
3. Replace the gearmotor (TSC).
4. Replace the electronic board (TSC).
5. Replace the electric fan (TSC).
6. Free the obstructed chimney (TSC).
7. Re-activate the reset thermostat
(User)
The fi re is out or the
boiler stops.
1. The auger is blocked.
2. Gearmotor faulty.
3. Faulty electronic board.
4. Electric fan faulty.
5. Chimney obstructed.
6. Excess water temperature.
7. Air intake tube blocked. 1. Unblock the auger (TSC).
2. Replace the gearmotor (TSC).
3. Replace the electronic board (TSC).
4. Replace the electric fan (TSC).
5. Free the obstructed chimney (TSC).
6. Re-activate the reset thermostat
(TSC)
7. Free the obstructed tube (TSC).
The fuel accumulates
in the crucible and
the fl ame is weak.
1. Air intake tube blocked.
2. Electric fan faulty. 1. Free the obstructed tube (TSC).
2. Replace the electric fan (TSC).
