a) Is the serial port configured for point-to-point protocol (PPP)?

Yes

PPP in the serial port through the boot menu.

b) Was the dial-up network running before you installed the software?

Yes

: Start the dial-up network session with PresencePLUS P4. Use the PresencePLUS P4 Serial Connection Procedures

document to guide you through the process of creating a dial-up network.

c) Choose

in the Sensor Select screen.
