Proposition 65 applies to any company operating in California, selling products in California, or manufactur

ing products that may be sold in or brought into California. The purpose of Proposition 65 is to inform the
public about exposure to these chemicals. EDCO has not shifted manufacturing processes, this is strictly an
updated warning procedure required by the state of California. While the exposure from EDCO products
may be negligible or well within the
“no significant risk”
range, out of an abundance of caution, EDCO has
elected to provide these Proposition 65 warnings.
